Returns & Exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are hassle-free! If you or the recipient of your purchase would like to return one of our products, simply visit our Returns Page HERE and we’ll help you get started right away.

If you purchased an item before it became final sale, please contact us HERE and we will manually initiate a return for you.  

We offer Re:Do at checkout, If purchased you may make as make as many returns as well as exchanges as you would like using this service. All standard exceptions to returns applies as below, you will just be given a prepaid label when starting your return.

Returns: 

Returns and Refunds Policy

• • We accept returns and refunds within 21 days from your order delivery date.
  • Your return package must be shipped back within 21 days of receiving your order. If it’s shipped after this window, the return will be processed as store credit only.

United States Only:

• • This return policy applies to U.S. orders. For international orders, customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels.

Return Eligibility

• • Items must be in new condition with original tags attached, and must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a separate shipping box or poly mailer. Do not attach the return label directly to the shoe box. If the shoes are returned with the label on the box, they will be considered final sale and ineligible for a refund.
  • All sale items are final sale, excluding items purchased with promo codes or coupons. Sale items will end in .29 or indicate "final sale" in the product description.
  • Any additional shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Customers who opt out of Re:Do and would like to return to their original payment method will be required to purchase their own return label. One can be provided at a market rate at the return portal, or you may supply your own by emailing us directly for your return.

Store Credit and Gift Cards

• • Gift cards and store credit are final sale. Returns made using store credit or gift cards will be refunded to the original store credit or gift card used.
  • Free returns for store credit are only available for your first order. Any future returns will have shipping fees deducted from your store credit balance.

Return Policy Violations

• • Any violations of the above return policies may result in the cancellation of future orders.
  • Customers with an excessive return rate (defined as 75% or more of your orders returned within a one-year period) will be blocked from further purchases and returns.

Exchanges:

• • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order date. We offer free return labels for your first exchange only.
  • Please do not combine exchanges from separate orders, as our labels are weight-based and may not be recognized by our system.
  • Exchanges are free, and we provide a return label. Each item can be exchanged once per order.
  • You may return an item purchased with store credit or through an exchange; however, we do not provide return labels for these orders.
  • Alternatively, if you're making an exchange, you can purchase the return label during checkout.

United States Only:

• • This policy applies to U.S. orders. International customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels.

Exchange Eligibility

• • To qualify for an exchange, items must be in new condition, with original tags attached, and must be unworn and unwashed.

Returning An Exchange Order or and Order Purchased with Store Credit

• • You may return an item purchased with store credit or an exhcange, but we do not provide return labels for these orders.
